Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. ３本以上の帯状体を奇数本平行配置し、各帯状
    体間の帯状体に沿う位置に所定の間隔でアイラン
    ド部を配置して帯状体から延びる吊りピンにて連
    結し、吊りピンが導出された帯状体と対向する帯
    状体よりアイランド近傍にリードを延在させ、ア
    イランド部並びにリードの遊端部が樹脂被覆され
    るリードフレームであつて、上記帯状体のうち、
    配列方向の偶数番目の帯状体の巾を樹脂被覆の際
    に用いられる樹脂成型金型のランナの巾より広く
    設定したことを特徴とするリードフレーム。
