れチツプ部品を搭載した積層プリント基板。 ２ 二個のフレキシブルプリント基板の対向する
内側面にそれぞれ搭載したチツプ部品を絶縁内層
内に収納し、前記フレキシブルプリント基板の外
側面にチツプ部品をそれぞれ搭載した請求項１記
載の積層プリント基板。 ３ フレキシブルプリント基板に搭載した加工を
要する露呈チツプにオーバコーテイングを施した
請求項１又は２記載の積層プリント基板。
