Description
【考案の詳細な説明】
この考案は自動車の洗浄機に関するものであ
り、移動し洗浄する走行洗浄機の走行を停止させ
るようにしたものである。一般にこの種の装置と
しては走行洗浄機の下部に備えたスイツチ機構に
より洗浄機の所定位置への移動を検知していたが
誤作動を確実に防止する必要がありその為スイツ
チの制御ストロークを大きくしたり、スイツチの
操作機構の振動をなくす手段が施されていた。か
かるにこの考案ではこれらに基づく改良に関する
ものであり、以下実施例について示す図面と共に
説明すると1は床面に設置した案内レールでこの
レール1に洗浄ブラシ2、乾燥ノズル3、散水ノ
ズル4等を具備した洗浄機構5が備えられた走行
洗浄機6が設けられる。7は走行洗浄機6の走行
モータ、8は洗浄ブラシ2の駆動モータ、9は乾
燥空気の送風機、10は走行洗浄機6の下部に設
けた回転杆でたとえば略90゜形に折曲してその
途中折曲部を軸11により回転自在に支持させ、
かつその回転杆10の水平側一方端には回転杆1
0を常時常態位置、すなわち回転杆10が外力に
より移動していない位置に緊張保持させるスプリ
ング12が附勢される。又、この水平側一方端に
はスイツチ杆13が連結され、その先端部には操
作部14を形成し、この操作部を挾んで走行洗浄
機の走行モータ7の回路への通電を断続させるた
めのスイツチ15,15′が互いに位置を異にし
て備えられ該走行モータ7の通電を断続させるこ
とにより走行洗浄機6の移動を制御させる。尚図
示では操作部14に磁性体Gを設け、スイツチ1
5,15′としてリードスイツチを用いて操作部
14の位置の変化によりスイツチ15,15′の
いずれかを開閉制御させるようにしている。16
は回転杆10の垂下側一端に設けた案内輪で案内
レール1面を転動し、該案内レールに具備した突
起17に当接することにより、回転杆10はスプ
リング12の附勢に抗して軸11を中心にして傾
動し、スイツチ杆13を上下動させる。又、この
突起17は案内レール1面を具備しているが案内
レール1の近傍に備えても良く、この場合回転杆
10の端部は適当に折曲されて突起17に臨ませ
られる。この考案は以上のように構成され床面に
敷設した走行案内レール上を走行する走行洗浄機
の下部に略90゜形に折曲して、折曲部を回動自
在に支持された回転杆を具備し、この回転杆の垂
下側一端にレール上を転動する案内輪をレールの
所定位置に設けた突起に当接させて回転杆を傾動
させ、また該回転杆の水平側他端には回転杆を常
態位置に附勢するスプリングを具備して回転杆を
常態位置に附勢保持させると共に、この回転杆の
水平側端部にスイツチ杆を設けて回転杆の傾動に
よりスイツチ杆に連設した走行洗浄機構の走行モ
ータへの通電を制御するスイツチを開閉制御さ
せ、走行洗浄機の移動を突起させたので洗車時に
走行洗浄機を所定位置に停止させるに確実な作動
ができ、スイツチ杆13の移動をスプリングによ
り常態位置に保持するように附勢して案内レール
面を転動し、該案内レールに具備した突起に当接
することにより傾動する回転杆により上下の偏倚
差として取り出したので、レール上を走行洗浄機
が移動する場合案内輪によりレール上を円滑に移
動して突起に案内輪が転動しながら傾斜して乗り
上がり、誤つて動作する危険のないものである。
又、スプリングを回転杆を常に常態位置に保持で
きるように回転杆の水平部を緊張するように附勢
させたので一本のスプリングで回転杆の揺動を抑
えることができ、レール上を走行するに際して上
下振動による誤動作を確実に無くすことのできる
