ンジ１７に上記クリツプ１３を挾着固定すること
により、キツキングプレート１０をサイドシルパ
ネル１６に取付けるキツキングプレートの取付構
造において、 前記クリツプ１３の両端にフランジ１８を外方
に向けて折曲形成するとともに、このフランジ１
８の全体あるいは一部をクリツプ取付座１１の外
側面１１ａに弾接させることにより、クリツプ取
付座１１の口開きを抑さえるようにしたことを特
