Claims (1)
- 磁性材料からな第１の連結主体と第２の連結手
体とを空隙をもつて対向させ、前記空隙に磁界を
形成して、前記空隙に介在する磁性粒子を磁化さ
せることにより、前記第１の連結主体と第２の連
結主体とを前記磁性粒子によつて結合する磁性粒
子式電磁連結装置において、前記第１の連結主体
、第２の連結主体の連結面と、前記磁性粒子の表
面との内少なくとも前記磁性粒子の表面に四三酸
化鉄（Ｆｅ３Ｏ４）被膜を形成したことを特徴と
する磁性粒子式電磁連結装置。
