Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 導光体の両端面夫々に沿つて複数の線状光源を
    並設し、上記光源により発光する導光体の光で透
    光性を有する表示体を照明する面照明装置におい
    て、導光体の一端面側の光源の継ぎ目部分に他端
    面側の光源の中央部を位置させる形で光源を配置
    し、一端面から入射される光をこの入射端面と反
    対側に導光しながら拡散して全体が均一に発光す
    る複数枚の薄板状の導光板を、光源の長手方向に
    沿つて積層して導光体を形成し、少なくとも光源
    の継ぎ目部分の数枚の導光板の入射端面を反対側
    の光源に対向させて成る面照明装置。
