However, recently it has become mandatory to control pests and other insects that attach to wooden boxes. Therefore, there is a problem that this cost of pest control leads to an increase in costs.
People are starting to use cardboard boxes that do not require pest control. However, regular cardboard boxes easily absorb moisture from the air, are far inferior to wooden boxes in terms of strength, and when stacked in several tiers, the lower tiers can deform under heavy pressure.

Is there any problem if it is attached along the four vertical sides of the cardboard box?If this mold member is attached to the side of the cardboard box, both edges of the mold member will come into contact with the side, so it will not be a problem. In other words, there is contact between the edge and the surface. Therefore, along with the cardboard box with string etc.
When the mold member is tightened, there is a problem in that the cardboard box may be damaged or dented by both edges of the mold member. There was also the problem that when attached to the side of a cardboard box, the contact surface was small, so the product could slip, making packaging time-consuming.

Since the reinforcing member is attached to the inner surface of the box, a problem arises in that the internal volume of the box becomes small. Moreover, since both wings of the reinforcing member are attached and fixed to the inner surface of the box, it is impossible to remove the attached reinforcing member, and if it is removed forcibly, it may damage the box body and the reinforcing member. I get used to it. Therefore, once the reinforcing member is attached, it is impossible to use it as a normal box after removing it, and it is also impossible to reuse the reinforcing member.

るものである。<Means for solving the problem> Therefore, in the present invention, a rectangular or square cardboard 1 made by polymerizing paperboard with adhesive is folded in half, and both ends are further bent to the opposite side. A reinforcing member V having contact surfaces 2, 2' is arranged vertically at the center of each outer surface of the box A over the entire height of the box, and the contact surfaces 2, 2' of the reinforcing member are A cardboard box or the like characterized in that each reinforcing member V is temporarily fixed to the box body A by making surface contact with the outer surface of the box body A and by winding a long body such as a string B in the horizontal direction. The above problem is solved by providing a reinforcing structure for the box.

Moreover, since the contact surfaces 2 and 2' of the reinforcing member are in surface contact with the outer surface of the box, it is possible to apply force by hand in the lateral direction (parallel to the winding direction of the string).
This allows for easy corrective and fine adjustment of the reinforcing member's position.

い。 Furthermore, since the reinforcing member V is temporarily fixed with the string B, the reinforcing member can be easily removed by cutting the string. At this time, since the string B wound in the horizontal direction comes into contact with the corner of the reinforcing member V which is folded in half, there is a sufficient gap between the string B and the outer surface of the box body A. By inserting a cutter or scissors into this gap, string B can be easily cut. Moreover, the box body A and the reinforcing member V are not damaged.

It is formed. This cardboard 1 is folded in two at right angles to the longitudinal direction at the center, and further bent at 120 degrees near both longitudinal ends in the direction opposite to the direction in which it was folded in half.
The contact surface portions 2, 2' have a width of ~20 mm, and a reinforcing member V as shown in the figure is formed.

Further, the number of paperboards to be polymerized with adhesive to form the cardboard 1 may be determined arbitrarily. Further, the above-mentioned central portion of the cardboard 1 can be bent not only at the central portion but also at any position in the longitudinal direction. (For example, it may be bent as shown in FIG. 3.) Furthermore, the bending angle is not limited to 90° and may be any angle. However, when using a folded cardboard 1, it is preferable to fold the paperboard 1 so that the contact surfaces 2, 2' at both ends are in close contact with the side surfaces of the cardboard box.

Both abutting surfaces 2, 2' of are brought into contact in parallel. Then, the cardboard box A is packed together with the reinforcing member V using the string B. In this case, even if the string B is tightened strongly, the contact surfaces 2 and 2' of the reinforcing member V will not touch the cardboard box A.
Since it comes into contact with the side of the body, I have never had it scratch or dent the side. In addition, contact between the side surface of the cardboard box A and the contact surface portions 2, 2' of the reinforcing member V,
That is, since the surfaces are in contact with each other, the reinforcing member V can be stably attached to the cardboard box A.
In addition to cardboard boxes, the reinforcing structure of the present invention can also be effectively used for boxes made of styrofoam, plastic boxes, etc.

Therefore, it can be temporarily fixed stably to the outside surface of the cardboard box without slipping or tilting when attached. Furthermore, since the reinforcing member of the present invention is in surface-to-surface contact with the side surface of the cardboard box, etc., there is no risk of damaging the cardboard box, etc. even if it is strongly tightened with a string or the like.

ある。 Furthermore, by shifting the reinforcing member laterally along the string, the attachment position can be easily finely adjusted. Furthermore, the string wound laterally,
Since it comes into contact with the folded corner of the reinforcing member, there is sufficient space between the string and the outer surface of the box.
By inserting a cutter or scissors between the ends, the string can be easily cut without damaging the box or the reinforcing member. Therefore, the box and the reinforcing member can be easily reused.
