Claims (1)
筒と、この下部筒の上側に配置された上部筒と、
上側電極把持用の上側チヤツクをそなえ前記上部
筒の中心のまわりに回転自在に該上部筒に支持さ
れた回転体と、この回転体を正逆両方向に回転駆
動する回転駆動機構と、前記上部筒と前記下部筒
に取付けられ前記上部筒を前記下部筒に対して上
昇方向に押圧する上昇駆動機構とをそなえて成る
