Claims (1)
- 帯状キヤリヤテープの一面に長手方向に所定間
隔で熱硬化性樹脂組成物製の粘着性シール板片が
複数個仮接着されてなり、上記帯状キヤリヤテー
プをその他面側に９０゜以下の角度で屈曲させる
ことにより上記複数個の粘着性シール板片を上記
帯状キヤリヤテープの一面から剥離させるように
なつているキヤリヤテープ付小形電子部品封止用
シール片であつて、上記帯状キヤリヤテープに対
する上記粘着性シール板片の、ＪＩＳ−Ｚ−０２
３７に準拠する仮接着力が、（５〜１００ｇ）／
（２５mm）の範囲内に設定されていることを特徴
とするキヤリヤテープ付小形電子部品封止用シー
ル片。
