囲気ガスの露点を制御する装置において、加湿に
必要な水蒸気を液相の水として計量する計量装置
を設け、前記計量装置により計量された水を受け
るヘツドタンクの満水レベルを熱処理炉の過熱蒸
気吹込口より低く設け、前記ヘツドタンクから前
記過熱蒸気吹込口までの管路を単一の管路となし
、前記ヘツドタンクの下部の管路に熱処理炉の炉
内圧力に対抗するに必要な圧力を得るためのＵ字
管路を設け、前記Ｕ字管路に続く熱処理炉側の管
路の途中に蒸気発生部及び蒸気過加熱部を設けた
