    ムのバルブ押圧側端に突起を備えたローラを設け
    、前記内燃エンジンの所定運転時に当該ローラを
    回動させ前記突起により前記排気弁を押圧し、当
    該排気弁を常開させるアクチユエータを設けたこ
    とを特徴とするリターダ装置。
