Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 中空のハウジング内を二室に区分するダイアフ
ラムと、一方の室からダイアフラムを貫通して他
方の室に至る貫通体と、前記ダイアフラムに、貫
通体に密封接触するシール部とを有するダイアフ
ラム装置において、 前記ダイアフラムの作動方向に伸縮できる伸縮
体を形成し、この伸縮体の一端を前記シール部の
全周を覆うようにダイアフラムに密封状態で固定
し、他端を貫通体に密封固定したことを特徴とす
るダイアフラム装置。
