- 醤油、味醂、砂糖を混合して包装した密封本返
しと、自然物からなる出汁の素材をガスバリア性
のある袋に詰めた密封出汁の素材と、その出汁の
からを濾すためのフイルターとの組合せからなり
、同時に市販可能にその組合せを一体に包装した
ことを特徴とする麺類用汁の素セツト。
