Claims (1)
- 醤油諸味の圧、圧搾、分離の前段処理として
の加温装置であつて、諸味の装入部と排出部とが
設けられる複数個の諸味加温タンクが、それぞれ
内部に配設される蛇管状と温水パイプ、水面制御
手段及び温度センサを備え、温水供給源からそれ
ぞれ切換弁を介して、前記温水パイプを含む複数
の循環経路を構成し、もつて前記諸味加温タンク
内に前記装入部を介して諸味を供給し、所定量の
装入を前記水面制御手段で制御し、次いで前記温
水パイプを介して温水を循環させて諸味を加温し
、前記温度センサで所定の温度の達成が確認でき
た段階で、前記切換弁を閉止して諸味を排出し、
次段の圧、圧搾、分離の工程に移行させ、この
間に他方の諸味加温タンクに対して諸味の供給を
行ない、前述と同様の工程を行なうことを特徴と
する醤油諸味の連続加温装置。
