記温度センサー１のセンサーケース１ａ内に２個
のサーミスタ２，３を設け、このサーミスタ２，
３を抵抗比較部５に接続し、鍋底の温度変化に伴
なう抵抗値の変化を２個のサーミスタ２，３によ
り得、両サーミスタ２，３の抵抗値を前記抵抗比
較部５により比較し、抵抗値に差がなければ正常
とみなし、所定の作業を続行させる信号を温度比
較部４に送り、抵抗値に差があれば、どちらかの
サーミスタ断線とみなし、消火作業を行なう信号
を熱量制御部７に送ることを特徴とするガスこん
