Claims (1)
力軸の何れか一方と共に回転するように結合され
たスリーブ弁部材と、このスリーブ弁部材の内周
面に同軸的にかつ回転可能に嵌合されて入力軸及
び出力軸の何れか他方と共に回転するように結合
されたロータ弁部材を備え、前記スリーブ弁部材
の内周面には軸線方向に沿つて延びる複数の所定
長のスリーブ溝部を円周方向に沿つて配置すると
共に前記ロータ弁部材の外周面には前記各スリー
ブ溝部の間のスリーブランド部に対応する複数の
所定長のロータ溝部を設け、前記各スリーブ溝部
とロータ溝部は前記スリーブ弁部材とロータ弁部
材の相対回動に応じて幅が変化する細いスリツト
状の可変絞りを介して連通させ、前記弁ハウジン
グに設けた供給ポートから供給された作動流体を
一部の前記スリーブ溝部または前記ロータ溝部に
導入させると共に前記可変絞りを通して前記一部
の溝部の円周方向両側方に位置する前記ロータ溝
部または前記スリーブ溝部に流入させたのち排出
ポートから排出し、前記両側方に位置する溝部を
前記弁ハウジングに設けた一対の給排ポートに連
通してなるロータリー式サーボ弁において、前記
スリーブ弁部材は前記ロータ弁部材に対し軸方向
移動自在としてスプリングにより軸方向一側方に
向けて付勢し、前記スリーブ弁部材の前記一側方
に隣接して前記弁孔の内側に供給室を形成し、こ
の供給室に前記供給ポートを開口すると共に同供
給室と前記一部の溝部を連通する供給孔を前記ス
リーブ弁部材に形成したことを特徴とするロータ
