Of course, it is necessary to have releasability that allows adhesive substances to be peeled off.

である。 Conventionally, assembled boxes made of paper laminated with heat-resistant polyethylene, polypropylene, or polyethylene terephthalate, coated with silicone resin on the plastic surface, have been used for such applications, but polyethylene and polypropylene Polyethylene terephthalate does not have sufficient heat resistance, and although it does not easily melt when exposed to heat, it does have the property of shrinking when exposed to heat, resulting in disadvantages such as curling of the box. Also, assembled boxes are inefficient and uneconomical in that they require man-hours to assemble the boxes before packaging.

The coating amount of layer 3 is preferably about 0.1 to 1 g/m 2 . From this sheet, for example, punch out a sheet piece in the shape shown in Figure 2, draw ruled lines on the paper side and fold it along the lines to form the side walls, then fold the four corners as shown in Figure 3 and form the side walls as shown in Figure 4. Glue and configure. The silicone resin coating layer should be on the inside of the box. The opening on the top of the box should be slightly larger than the opening on the bottom. In other words, the lengths b and d of one side forming the upper surface
is set to be slightly longer than the lengths a and c of one side forming the corresponding bottom surface.

ある。 The polymethylpentene layer used in the sheet that makes up the box of this invention does not shrink when heated like polyethylene terephthalate film, so even if it is filled with heated material, such as hot melt resin, the box will not deform. There is no such problem, and it becomes fluid when heated and is suitable for packaging highly viscous objects.

た。 Since there is a silicone resin release layer on the inside of the box, the contents do not stick to the walls of the container when taken out, and all the contents can be used effectively. Since the container is heat resistant, the box could be heated if necessary during removal to increase the fluidity of the contents.
