Valve devices that use electromagnetic force are generally operated by amateurs when the electromagnetic coil is activated.
A valve body integrated with the armature opens and closes an orifice in the valve casing that communicates the first and second passages through which fluid flows, but the coil must be energized to keep the orifice open. Yes, it is uneconomical.

The present invention was devised in view of the above points, and according to the present invention, a valve body is operated by an electromagnetic coil and has a valve body at one end that opens and closes an orifice in a valve case that communicates the first passage and the second passage. A cylindrical fixed guide is fitted to the other end of the fixed cylindrical part of the armature, and when an electromagnet is first excited in this fixed guide, the protrusion that protrudes inward of the cylindrical part on the upper part of the armature becomes the first inner periphery. A recess is provided that moves along a second inner circumference that is continuous with the first inner circumference when the electromagnetic coil is demagnetized. L catches the protrusion of an amateur who moved along.
It is economical because it has a simple structure and can keep the orifice open even when the electromagnetic coil is demagnetized.

1 is an electromagnetic coil, and a valve case 2 is fixed below this electromagnetic coil. This valve case has a first passage 3 and a second passage 4, which are communicated through an orifice 5 in the valve case. 6 indicates the valve chamber.
Reference numeral 7 denotes an armature that is operated (moves up and down in the figure) by the operation of the electromagnetic coil 1. The upper part of this armature is provided with a cylindrical part made of a non-magnetic material, while the lower end of this armature has a valve body 8 made of a magnetic material. It is fixed by appropriate means and constitutes an amateur assembly as a whole.

A guide 10 made of a cylindrical magnetic material is fixed to the lower end of the seal fitting 9, and this portion is also joined to function as a fixed core, and the lower part of this guide is connected to the upper part of the armature 7. That is, it fits into a cylindrical portion made of non-magnetic material.

A recess 11 as shown in FIG. 2 is formed on one side of the guide 10. That is, when the corners of this recess 11 are indicated by a, b, c, d, e, and f, the line connecting a and f at the bottom is parallel to the bc line and the de line, and each line is parallel to the guide 10. It is inclined upward to the right in a predetermined angle view with respect to the center line XX. Further, the ab line, cd line, and ef line are parallel to each other and also to the X-X line.

An L-shaped protrusion 12 projects from approximately the center of the recess 11. However, the extension of the CD line is on one ridge line 13 of this protrusion, and the other ridge line 14 is parallel to the AB line, CD line, and EF line, and the imaginary line from its tip is the DE line. They are starting to intersect.

Next, the operation of the solenoid valve of the present invention will be explained. Now, when the electromagnetic coil 1 is energized, the armature 7 rises in the figure, the valve body 8 opens the orifice 5, and the fluid flows from the first passage 3 through the orifice 5 to the second passage 4. At this time, the protrusion 16 of the armature 7 extends from the corner a to the corner c via the corner b. At this time, when the electromagnetic coil 1 is deenergized, the amateur 7 becomes the first
As shown in the figure, the protrusion 16 falls from the corner c along the CD line, hits one ridge line 13 of the L-shaped protrusion 12, and engages with the intersection 15 with the other ridge line, and then Since the armature 7 does not move, the valve body 8 is stopped at the position where the orifice 5 is opened.

When the electromagnetic coil is excited again, the armature 7 rises again, but the protrusion 16 rises from the intersection 15 to the de line, and from there it moves toward the corner e. Therefore, the armature 7 rotates slightly and rises. When the electromagnetic coil 1 is de-energized, the protrusion returns from the corner e to the corner f and back to the corner a.
