れぞれ1つ設け、前記送信コイル、受信コイルお
よび各ガイドの中央を貫通して可撓性ガイド線を
少なくとも半径方向に固定的に配設し、送信コイ
ル、受信コイルおよびガイドの各間にコイルバネ
