波ビームの軸線が同一平面内で回動するように前
記超音波素子を駆動しかつ前記超音波ビームの出
射方向に応じたビーム方向信号を出力する超音波
素子駆動部と、前記ビーム方向信号に含まれる前
記超音波ビームの出射方向の誤差を補正するため
の補正値が変更可能に設定されかつ該補正値に応
じた補正値信号を出力するビーム方向補正部とが
設けられた探触部と、 前記受波信号と前記ビーム方向信号と前記補正
値信号とを用いて所定の信号処理を行う信号処理
部と、 を備え、前記信号処理部の動作結果にもとづき超
音波探触を行うことを特徴とする超音波探触装置
