- 半導体素子のうち特に２極を極性を有する素子
の極性を判別する極性検出装置において、半導体
素子のリード長及び形状を光学的に検出する反射
式光センサと、該センサからの信号波形を整形す
る論理回路と、該論理回路からの出力に基づいて
判別を行う手段とを有することを特徴とする半導
体素子の極性検出装置。
