Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 一次側コイルに交流電圧を供給し、一次側コイ
ルと二次側コイルとの間に配置されたコアの変位
を二次側コイルの出力電圧の変化として検出する
差動変圧器型変位検出器の一次側電源回路におい
て、 一次側コイルに供給される交流電圧を取り出し
て整流し、該整流後の電圧を基準電圧と比較する
差動増幅回路を含み、前記交流電圧の変動を検出
してその変動量に応じた補正を行うフイードバツ
ク回路を備えたことを特徴とする差動変圧器型変
位検出器の一次側電源回路。
