Claims (1)
- 真空ダクトのフランジ部に取付けられた極薄形
の金属膜と、この金属膜を真空ダクトに装着する
ために金属膜の表裏から金属膜を挾む中央部に穴
のあいた押え板と、中央部に穴をあけこの穴の周
辺部が曲面加工を施したガスケツトと、前記押え
板を真空ダクトのフランジ部に押しつける押えフ
ランジ及び締付ボルトとから構成されたことを特
徴とするビーム取出し窓。
