Claims (1)
- 直線移動する移動テーブルを直線移動させる送
りねじ回転軸にパルスエンコーダの回転軸を固着
し、該回転軸にパルスエンコーダの磁気目盛を固
着し、一方パルスエンコーダの回転軸は軸受によ
つて回転自在にケーシングに取付けられたテーブ
ル送り量デジタル表示装置において、軸受とパル
スエンコーダの回転軸との間に防水手段を設けた
ことを特徴とする防水構造をもつたテーブル送り
量デジタル表示装置。
