路１に接続し、前記膜ろ過装置２を形成するに、
複数のろ過膜７を並列に接続し、前記複数のろ過
膜７を選択的に使用状態又は使用停止状態に切換
える切換装置８を設けてあるバイオリアクター装
置であつて、前記アルカリ供給管路６に開閉弁Ｖ
２を設け、その開閉弁Ｖ２を、前記切換装置８に
よる切換操作に基づいて設定時間だけ閉弁状態に
し、且つ、設定時間経過以後は開弁状態になるよ
