Claims (1)
- 固定型と、該固定型に対し接離移動可能に設け
られた可動型と、該可動型側に可動型移動方向と
直交する方向に進退移動可能に設けられ、可動型
移動方向に貫通するピン挿入孔が形成されたスラ
イドコア型と、上記固定型に設けられ、上記可動
型の型締め動作により、前進移動状態の上記スラ
イドコア型のピン挿入孔に該ピン挿入孔から先端
がキヤビテイ内に突出するように挿入せしめられ
る凹状形状部形成用ピンとを備え、型締め状態で
上記キヤビテイ内に注入された成形材料により成
形される製品に、上記ピンにより凹状形状部を形
成する成形装置であつて、上記ピンは、上記固定
型に可動型移動方向と直交する方向に移動可能な
ようにフローテイング支持されていることを特徴
とする成形装置。
