  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 噴流半田液１を形成するノズル２と、 該ノズル２の出口から前記噴流半田液１を一定
    の方向に流出させながら半田付けを行うスロープ
    ガイド部３とを有する噴流式半田付装置において
    、 前記出口側に配置され、前記噴流半田液１の流
    れに抗しながら該噴流半田液１を分流して第１の
    流れおよび第２の流れを形成するための分流
    板４と、 前記スロープガイド部３に向かう前記第１の流
    れの上に乗つて流れるように前記第２の流れ
    を案内するフローガイド部５とを設けることを特
    徴とする噴流式半田付装置。
