When sealing the end face of a planar structure or the like, a high frequency welding machine or the like is used as shown in FIG. 1. That is, a planar structure 3 whose end surface is covered with a band-shaped resin sheet 2 is placed between the electrodes 1, 1, and pressure is applied.
Weld. In the figure, 4 is a pressurizing cylinder. At that time, the molten resin flowed, resulting in uneven thickness in the appearance after molding, and lack of straight lines on the end surfaces, resulting in unstable molded dimensions. In addition, since the resin flows freely, the internal pressure within the resin is not constant, resulting in variations in adhesive strength with the end surface of the sheet, which is the main body, and the quality is not stable. In particular, when welding is performed using a high-frequency welding machine, when the resin sheet is melted, the thickness becomes thinner because it is under pressure, and the capacitance of the heated object changes, matching the voltage required for welding. As the range became larger, it became necessary to increase the matching speed.

This invention was made to solve the above-mentioned problems, and it appropriately restricts the flow of molten resin in a resin sheet, reduces thickness unevenness after molding, and improves molding quality by improving the straightness of the end surface. improve,
Further, in high frequency welding, the purpose is to suppress voltage fluctuations applied to the welded object to a small extent so that matching adjustment can be easily performed.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a planar structure comprising upper and lower sheets whose surfaces are covered with a heat-melting resin, and in which a space serving as a fluid passage is maintained between the upper and lower sheets. When sealing the end face of the sheet with a heat-melting resin sheet, a sheet of melted resin is placed between the heating device and the resin sheet that is brought into close contact with the end of the planar structure from the upper sheet surface to the lower sheet surface. The gist of this method is a welding seal method that involves sandwiching and heating high-temperature cloth. This will be explained in detail below based on the drawings showing the embodiments.

It is breathable, has heat resistance higher than the melting point of the resin sheet 2, and has a relatively small dielectric constant or dielectric constant.
Cloth 5 is metal fiber or sheet (non-woven fabric)
But that's fine. Since the surface condition of the cloth 9 is transferred to the molding surface, the pattern of the cloth may be appropriately selected.

Even if the resin sheet 2 and the surface material 5 of the planar structure 3 melt, the flow is restrained by the cloth 9;
As the internal pressure inside the resin increases, it begins to be molded along the cloth 9.

Since this invention is configured as described above, it is possible to restrict the flow of molten resin. Therefore, the thickness of the seal portion after molding is stabilized, and the finish of the end face after molding can have a uniform radius and linearity. Further, since internal pressure can be applied uniformly and sufficiently, strong fusion can be achieved.
