Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 良品粒体が通過可能な形状寸法の孔を有す
る第１のパンチング板１と、この第１のパンチン
グ板１の下方で且つこの第１のパンチング板１か
らの離隔距離が粒体搬送方向に沿つて順次大きく
なるように傾斜して配置され前記良品粒体が通過
不可能な形状寸法の孔を有する第２のパンチング
板２と、これら第１のパンチング板１及び第２の
パンチング板２を振動させて前記良品粒体を第１
のパンチング板１から第２のパンチング板２へと
進ませる振動フイーダ３とを備えた粒体選別部Ａ
と、 前記第２のパンチング板２の下部な設けた通風
性仕切り板７と、前記第２のパンチング板２の粒
体搬送方向後方に設けたエアー吹き出しノズル８
と、前記通風性仕切り板７の下部に設けたエアー
吸引口９とを備えた粉塵排除部Ｂと から構成されることを特徴とする粒体選別装置
。 (2) 前記第２のパンチング板２の粒体搬送方向
前方の製品出口に設けた高さ調節ゲート１０と、
第１のパンチング板１及び第２のパンチング板２
を含む粒体搬送路全体を覆うトラフカバー１１と
をそれぞれ備えた請求項(1)記載の粒体選別装置
