Claims (1)
- 被測定光を受光素子に入射しその出力電流を電
流電圧変換回路により電圧に変換して前記被測定
光の光量を測定する光パワーメータにおいて、電
流電圧変換回路を構成する演算増幅器の帰還抵抗
と並列に低容量のコンデンサを接続し、前記コン
デンサが円柱状の絶縁体と、この絶縁体の円形断
面の中心を貫通する第１の導電線と、前記絶縁体
の側面外周に巻きつけられた第２の導電線とから
構成され、第２の導電線の巻数により容量値を変
えるように構成したことを特徴とする光パワーメ
ータ。
