- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 タンク内に貯留した低温液体の液面の高さを測
定するレベルゲージであつて、 前記タンクと連通することにより該タンク内の
低温液体の液面と同じ高さの液面を有する液管と
、この液管の下部に接続され、該液管内の低温液
体の重量に応じて伸縮するベローと、このベロー
の伸縮量を電気量に変換する変位交換器とを備え
てなる低温液体用レベルゲージ。
