コンソールボツクスであつて、車室内側の両ルー
フサイドに沿つて固定され車体の前後方向に延び
るガイド用レール部材と、ボツクス構造を有し、
両側部に取付けられた転動部材若しくは摺動部材
を介して上記ガイド用レール部材に両側を支持さ
れ該ガイド用レール部材に沿つて車体の前後方向
に移動自在なボツクス本体と、該ボツクス本体を
上記ガイド用レール部材の所定位置に固定しその
移動を規制するロツク機構とを備え、上記ボツク
ス本体が上記サンルーフ若しくはガラスルーフ位
置に移動された時に、上記ボツクス本体がサンル
ーフ若しくはガラスルーフから入射される外光を
遮光するサンシヤードを兼ねたことを特徴とする
