）に対しての捕集率ηの関係を示す図、第７図は
従来例を示す構成図である。 図中、１１はオゾン発生装置、１３は湿式電気
集塵器、２２は水膜である。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. ボイラ等の排ガスにオゾンを注入し、排ガス中
    のＮＯをＮＯ２に酸化させるためのオゾン発生装
    置と、その排ガスを導入し、排ガス中のダスト、
    ＳＯｘ及びＮＯ２を水膜で除去する湿式電気集塵
    器とを備えたことを特徴とする排ガスの集塵脱硫
    脱硝装置。
