Claims (1)
- ケースと、このケース全体を囲む断熱材と、断
熱材の外面部に配置された電子冷却パネルと、前
記ケースに接触する部分と前記電子冷却パネルの
断熱材外面側の面に接触する部分とこれら２つの
部分を連通させる連通部とを有して環状通路を形
成するとともに、内部に熱伝達媒体としての液体
を充填した液体充填パイプとを備えたことを特徴
とする恒温槽装置。
