Claims (1)
- 旋回台１にブーム２の基端部を枢支連結して起
伏支点を形成し、このブーム２の先端部に作業台
３を枢支連結し、前記ブーム２と旋回台４間に起
伏シリンダ４を、前記作業台３とブーム２先端間
に上部レベリングシリンダ５を、前記旋回台１と
ブーム２間に下部レベリングシリンダ６を夫々配
設すると共に、前記上部レベリングシリンダ５と
下部レベリングシリンダ６の伸長動作側圧油室同
志と縮小動作側圧油室同志を夫々油路７，８を介
して連結してなる高所作業車に用いられる安全装
置であつて、前記起伏シリンダ４の軸線方向に作
用する力を検出する第１の負荷検出器ａ、前記下
部レベリングシリンダ６の軸線方向に作用する力
を検出する第２の負荷検出器ｅ、前記ブーム２の
起伏角度を検出する角度検出器ｂ、前記ブーム２
の長さを検出するブーム長検出器ｄ、および、ブ
ーム起伏支点まわりに作用するブーム倒伏方向モ
ーメントの許容限界に対応する限界値をブームの
各起伏角度各長さ毎に記憶し前記角度検出器ｂか
らの角度信号および前記ブーム長検出器ｄからの
ブーム長信号を読み出し信号としてその時のブー
ム起伏角ブーム長における限界値を読み出し、こ
の読み出した限界値と前記両検出器の検出値を基
礎にブームの起伏支点まわりに作用するブーム倒
伏方向モーメントが限界に達すると警報あるいは
ブーム２の動きを制限する信号を発するよう構成
したことを特徴とする高所作業車の安全装置。
