Claims

[Claims for Utility Model Registration] (1) A filter device characterized in that a low-pass filter consisting of an inductor and a capacitor and a phase correction element are provided on a single dielectric substrate. (2) The filter device according to claim 1, wherein the inductor or phase correction element of the low-pass filter is constituted by a conductive film pattern formed on the dielectric substrate. (3) The filter device according to claim 1, wherein the capacitor is constituted by conductor film patterns formed on the dielectric substrate and adjacent to each other.
