Claims (1)
- ゴム等の柔軟性かつ弾性を有する弾性円筒部材
と金属円筒部材とを交互に複数積層して気密に接
合した積層円筒を上下２段に分割して積層円筒の
２段分以上の長さの金属円筒の内部に上下より内
装固定し、上下の積層円筒の中央に各々鋼棒を上
下より挿入固定し、上部の鋼棒の上端を建屋に固
定し、下部の鋼棒の下端を基礎に固定し、大地震
等によりせん断力が建屋と基礎間に働いた時、鋼
棒が塑性化して地震エネルギーを吸収し、材軸方
向の変位は上下の積層円筒が吸収するようにした
ことを特徴とする免震ダンパー。
