Claims (1)
- シリンダに内蔵したピストンの移動位置を該シ
リンダの外側部に取付けた位置検出スイツチによ
り磁気的に検出するようにした位置検出スイツチ
付きシリンダ装置において、ステンレス等の非磁
性体よりなる保護カバーを前記シリンダ外側部の
位置検出スイツチの外側を覆う状態に締結具によ
り該シリンダに止め付けて設けたことを特徴とす
る位置検出スイツチ付きシリンダ装置。
