- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 肌と接触する内面側に透水性のトツプシー
トが設けられ、外面側に防水性のバツクシートが
設けられると共に、これらの両者間に吸水性の保
水層が挟着されてなる使い捨てオムツにおいて、
前記内面側の透水性のトツプシートの上面に柔軟
性の排便取りシートを着脱自在に仮着したことを
特徴とする使い捨てオムツ。 (2) 排便取りシートが透水性の不織布、紙もし
くはプラスチツクフイルムからなることを特徴と
する請求項(1)記載の使い捨てオムツ。
