- 粉体が流れる配管のベンド部に設けられ粉体の
衝突音を検出する検出手段、および同検出手段よ
り衝突音信号を入力しピーク周波数を出力する周
波数分析手段を備えたことを特徴とする粉体の流
量測定装置。
