Claims

A piston that is movably supported in a cylinder and driven back and forth; a rolling diaphragm whose inner circumference is fixed to this piston, and whose outer edge is fixed to the cylinder through a folded part of the piston's outer circumference; this cylinder, piston and a pressure chamber defined by a rolling diaphragm; and a rolling diaphragm type cylinder pump comprising a fluid inlet and a suction port respectively communicating with the pressure chamber, the piston having a pressure chamber defined by a pressure chamber that minimizes the volume of the pressure chamber. A rolling diaphragm type cylinder pump characterized in that a back-up flange is formed behind a folded portion of a rolling diaphragm at one moving end position of a piston.
