Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 一端部をヒンジにて連結される一対の加熱板
にそれぞれ加熱用のヒータを付設し、該加熱板の
突合わせ面に、食品を充填した食品包装体を収納
する収納空間部を形成し、該収納空間部外周の突
合わせ面の一辺に、食品包装体の未シール部を挟
んで熱融着する融着部を設けると共に、前記加熱
板に断熱材を介して温度センサを挿通し、該温度
センサの先端を、前記収納空間部の下部内に突出
配置したことを特徴とする食品用密封・殺菌装置
。 ２ 前記温度センサの先端を、前記収納空間部に
５〜１０mm突出させたことを特徴とする請求項１
記載の食品用密封・殺菌装置。
