符号Xで示す円の部分で断面した図、第4図は内
側へ突出した溶接隆起部を備えた溶接縁部を第3
図と同様に示した図である。 1……球体、2……支持軸部、3……半球状シ
エル、4……赤道平面、5……溶接縁部、6……

Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 1 自動車の継手用中空状球体であつて、縁部で
互いに溶接された2つのシエル部分から形成され
ている形式のものにおいて、両シエル部分3が、
摩擦溶接により球体1の赤道平面4で互いに結合
されていることを特徴とする自動車の継手用中空
状球体。 2 押出し成形法で形成された、極側に支持軸部
2を備えた2つの半球状シエル3が摩擦溶接によ
つて球体1の赤道平面4に対して平行に互いに結
合されていることを特徴とする、実用新案登録請
求項1記載の中空状球体。 3 両半球状シエル3の溶接縁部5が溶接隆起部
6を受容する断面形状を有していることを特徴と
する、実用新案登録請求項1又は2記載の中空状
球体。 4 両半球状シエル3の溶接縁部5が溶接隆起部
6を内側へ誘導する断面形状を有していることを
特徴とする、実用新案登録請求項1又は2記載の
中空状球体。
