It has a configuration in which a sensible heat exchanger 3 for transferring heat to the air exiting the air is placed across both passages A and B.
This device allows air conditioning to a comfortable level in areas with low humidity and high temperatures without requiring any other cooling power.

In the figure, the inside of one casing 4 is divided into two parts by a partition plate 5.
It is divided into two airflow passages A and B, and in the case of passage A, the sensible heat exchanger 3, humidifier 1, eliminator 8, and blower 9 are arranged from the suction port 6 to the discharge port 7, and the passage B In this case, from the suction port 10 to the discharge port 11, the humidifier 2 and the eliminator 1 are installed.

The sensible heat exchanger 3 is composed of a group of heat pipes, etc., and passes through the partition plate 5 airtight so that one end is in contact with the air in the passage A and the other end is in contact with the air in the passage B. A large number of heat pumps, etc. are installed in the building. As a result, only sensible heat is exchanged between the air in both passages A and B.

気を25〜27℃に下げる役目を果たす。 To give one example, when outside air with an absolute humidity of 0.006 Kg/Kg and a dry bulb temperature of 30 to 40°C is taken into passage A, the absolute humidity of the sensible heat exchanger 3 is 0.006 Kg/Kg and a dry bulb temperature of 25 to 27°C. The air is cooled and humidified by evaporation of water in the humidifier 1, and is blown into the room R after being conditioned to have an absolute humidity of 0.010 to 0.011 Kg/Kg and a dry bulb temperature of 15 to 16°C, for example. On the other hand, from room R, for example, the dry bulb temperature is about 25℃ and the absolute humidity is 0.010.
~0.012Kg/Kg of air enters passage B, is further humidified and cooled in humidifier 2, and has an absolute humidity of 0.013
~0.014Kg/Kg, dry bulb temperature around 19-20℃.
This air plays the role of lowering the outside air of 30 to 40°C to 25 to 27°C in the sensible heat exchanger 3.

That is, in the device of the present invention, a humidifying device 2 is also installed on the exhaust side, and the air that has passed through the humidifying device 2 is cooled by exchanging only the sensible heat of the taken outside air before being humidified and cooled by the humidifying device 1. It is characterized by the fact that
It is very useful because it can cool and humidify low-humidity, high-temperature air, and air conditioning can be performed at low cost and in an energy-saving manner. In the illustrated embodiment, the passage A is placed on the lower level and the passage B is placed on the upper level, but this may be done upside down, or the same effect can of course be obtained by arranging them horizontally next to each other. It is.
