- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 複数の花弁を立設した造花において、少な
くとも上記花弁の高さの1/2以上の高さを有する
支持芯体を中央に配置し、上記花弁の倒れを防止
したことを特徴とする造花。 (2) 造花は睡蓮であつて、中央の支持芯体は該
睡蓮の実である請求の範囲第１項記載の造花。
