  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) プラズマ生成室からのプラズマを筒状のプ
    ラズマ拡散室で拡散させるようにしたプラズマ処
    理装置において、 前記プラズマ拡散室の側壁に対して着脱自在な
    環状の永久磁石ホルダと、 この永久磁石ホルダに環状に配列されて取り付
    けられる複数の直方体の永久磁石片とを備え、 この複数の永久磁石片により前記プラズマ拡散
    室の内壁面近傍にカスプ磁界を形成させるように
    したことを特徴とするプラズマ処理装置。 (2) 前記環状の永久磁石ホルダは、その周方向
    に関して分割されていることを特徴とする請求項
