Claims (1)
状の導電性金具に、受光素子とこの受光素子に接
続した負荷抵抗器とを装着したことを特徴とする
光電変換モジユール。 (2) 前記受光素子と前記負荷抵抗器との接続部
に、前記受光素子の出力信号を増幅する増幅部が
接続してあることを特徴とする請求項1記載の光
電変換モジユール。 (3) 前記受光素子はホトダイオードであり、前
記増幅部は電界効果トランジスタであることを特
徴とする請求項2記載の光電変換モジユール。 (4) 前記受光素子はホトダイオードであり、前
記増幅部は演算増幅器であることを特徴とする請
求項2記載の光電変換モジユール。 (5) 前記導電性金具は、光コネクタの一部であ
ることを特徴とする請求項1ないし4のいずれか
