Claims (1)
- ケース内に部品素子が収納され、ケースの開口
を覆つているシール止めシートを貫通して外部接
続用端子が導出され、更にシール止めシートがシ
ール樹脂で被覆されてケースの開口部が封止され
ている電子部品において、外部接続用端子にシー
ル止めシートを係止するものを設けた電子部品。
