Claims (1)
- 整流回路と前記整流回路を制御する制御回路と
電圧の異常を検出する異常電圧検出器とを有する
障害モニタ付整流電源装置において、前記制御回
路の内部の各部分の電圧あるいは電流の正常時の
波形を事前に記憶しておき前記異常電圧検出器が
電圧の異常を検出すると前記記憶してある正常時
の波形と同一個所の波形とを比較し障害個所を検
出する機能を持つ障害モニタ回路と、前記障害モ
ニタ回路からの出力を受け障害個所の表示と異常
を示す波形とを可視表示する機能を持つ可視表示
装置とを設けたことを特徴とする障害モニタ付整
流電源装置。
