６図は従来の接着用金型の一部断面図、第７図は
接着圧と接着厚さとの関連を示す図、第８図は接
着剤塗布量と接着厚さとの関連を示す図である。 １：外側パネル、２：内側パネル、３，３ａ，
３ｂ：接着剤、４：上型、５：下型、６：ブロツ
ク、６ａ：ブロツクの段部、７，８：バネ、９：
ストツパー、１０：スペーサー。

Claims (1)
- 上型の内側パネルとの当り面を複数のブロツク
に分割し、この各ブロツクを上型の嵌合孔に摺動
可能に嵌合すると共に前記各ブロツクを下型に向
けて押圧するバネと各ブロツクの自重をほぼ支承
するバネとを配設したことを特徴とする接着用金
型。
